Canyoning is a fun, refreshing activity. The principle is to go down a stream or a talweg, where you will encounter various obstacles ( slides , waterfalls , rocks). To be able to cross them, we will have to de-escalate, abseil , jump or slide down the slides .

We offer a selection of different canyons for beginners to the more adventurous.
The Gorges de Galamus in St Paul de fenouillet in the POs and the canyon of Terminet in Termes in the Aude (terms) are easy routes.
The Anelles canyon near Céret in the Pyrénées Orientales is an intermediate course, its abseils, the first of which is 25 meters long, and its many jumps make it a very playful canyon .
The Llech canyon in Prades in the Pyrénées Orientales is one of the most playful in France, slides, jumps, abseiling. Reserved for a sporting public.
Other routes possible in the spring such as the canyon of Baoussous and that of Mas Calsan . Unfortunately, these two courses dry up during the summer period and become less fun.
In Thuès les Bains there is a hot water canyon that can be used in winter.
