Our goal is to be able to welcome you in the best possible conditions and by reducing the risk of contamination with Covid-19 as much as possible.
Here are the main measures already planned:
- Disinfection of individual and collective equipment using bactericidal, fungicidal, fungistatic and virucidal products according to standard EN 14476. (process already in place well before the pandemic)
- Wearing a mask for the guide when social distancing is not possible.
- Group distancing in canyons.
- Initially, we are limiting groups to the same home of confined people, or to 5 people until May 19, we will return to the usual numbers after May 19 if confirmed.
- Hydroalcoholic gel will be provided by the guide for hand disinfection before and after the activity.
- Dematerialized payment by credit card at the time of your reservation online or by telephone, however payment on site must be made in cash, check or holiday check .
Other measures will come, thereafter, to reinforce this protocol, or to lighten it according to the sanitary conditions and the regulations in force.
If you think you have symptoms that may be related to Covid-19, we ask that you do not participate in the activities.
