The Galamus gorges are located between St Paul de Fenouillet and Cubière sur Cinoble between PO and Aude.
The Clue de Terminet is located in Termes le château in Aude
Les Anelles goes down to Céret in the Albères massif in the Pyrenees.
The Llech gorges are practiced in Prades at the foot of the Canigou.
The hot waters of Thuès are in Thuès-Entre-Valls
The descent is located between the municipalities of Axat, St Martin Lys, Belvianes and Cavirac and Quillan. The meeting point is at the Pont d'Aliès car park.
The via ferrata practice site is located in St Paul de Fenouillet on a limestone cliff. The place is also called clue de la Fou, it is where the Agly river cut the cliff in two.
For the via corda, the meeting point is in the parking lot of St Martin Lys.
