Canyoning Ceret
Small village in the Pyrénées-Orientales, Céret and its 8000 thousand inhabitants welcome you to the Vallespir. The Tech river crosses the town before flowing into the Mediterranean Sea north of Argelès sur mer. Many tributaries swell the river and descend in canyoning. The mountains with deep valleys are conducive to canyoning.

Baoussous Canyon
The canyon of the southern Pyrenees, this course of intermediate difficulty will allow you to familiarize yourself with abseiling, in particular the first of 25 meters. Thereafter the bravest can jump into beautiful basins.
The most difficult part is certainly the ascent of the canyon, about 20 minutes of walking through the holm oaks and the cork oaks.
10 minutes from the city center of Céret, the Baoussous canyon is perfect for discovering the activity. Watered rappels and a toboggan are some of the obstacles to overcome. This course is only done in the spring before it dries out.
